Ideally, finding a set of shoes which will comfortably stretch the plantar fascia however active you are is ideal, together with arch supports to give your plantar fascia the elevation it needs to keep it from becoming inflamed. The front part of the shoe should not be as tight, instead it should allow for much more flexibility and motion.
When trying these plantar fasciitis sneakers, you will definitely notice the difference right away. A good shoe for plantar fasciitis will make you feel like you’re stepping into a shoe that has been specially designed for you — cozy, soft, and flexible.

Shoes for plantar fasciitis should always be loosened with the laces before being set on your feet. Do Not force your foot in your shoe, instead give them adequate breathing room, and lace them up enough to keep your foot secure. Jumping a little on the shoe can give you a bit more comfort.

Socks and Insoles in Addition to Shoes

Wearing a pair of high quality running shoes while exercising will make you activities a lot more pleasant. One thing I always recommend are special arch support inserts. They will provide you with that little extra help to reduce your heel pain. A special plantar fasciitis wrap is designed for encapsulating your heel, keeping it warm and comfortable. It especially helps when lifting something. The sock and the shoe will “do the heavy lifting for you” preventing your foot to get inflamed and allowing it to rest.

Cure your Heel Pain in less than 72 hours? Review about the “Fast Plantar Fasciitis Cure”

For almost one year I tried everything: two cortisone shots, three pairs of custom orthotics, several podiatrists and even more ‘exotic’ approaches such as acupuncture, asian foot massages and even laser treatments to get rid of that heel pain.

I practically tried every single treatment or device money could buy. I sure would have saved all the money I spent on treatments that only gave some sort of relief. Unfortunately there’s so little valuable advice out there on how to cure plantar fasciitis. If just one doctor or podiatrist would have told me that there’s a much simpler approach. However, I’m glad I stumbled over this e-book by expert and exercise rehabilitation practitioner Jeremy Roberts.

If you’ve never heard about this system before, you can check out the official site here. Also, I recommend to watch their video first to get an idea about the product before reading my review:

Now, I’m not trying to convince you that this is going to work the same way as it did for me, but I highly recommend to give it at least a try (They do have a 60 day money back guarantee anyway, so no loss if, for some reason, it doesn’t work for you).

What do you get with the book?

As most of the other books out there the first chapters are talking about what plantar fasciitis is, its causes etc. To be honest I skipped most pages of this chapter, since I did that research already (and not only once).

If you have not, I highly suggest you read it. There’s lots of valuable information, especially about different factors and situations that will increase as well as decrease your pain.

But it also talks about – and that is the interesting part – how you can treat your broken cell tissue and basically heal your bone at home. There are supplements (don’t worry, nothing dangerous, only vitamins and such) that will help to ‘repair’ your cell tissue faster. Did you, for example, hear about Glucosamine before? Well, me neither. (It’s an anti-inflammatory btw.)

Additionally, the book has a very practical therapy chapter, which is really helpful. It’s packed with instructions and images which makes it super easy to apply it yourself in no time.

What I liked and didn’t like

  • The instructions are very clear and you will get lots and lots of information with this book.
  • At the same time, and from reading other reviews other users apparently feel the same, it is really A LOT of information. It is quite long, which is kind of a hassle. However, one can’t expect to get a true understanding of the problem and a “quick fix” on only one page, right?
  • It’s a digital book. I placed my order, downloaded the book and immediately could apply the information and techniques.
  • The exercises are simple. You can do them at home and you don’t need any special devices. There are plenty of useful stretches you can apply that literally take only a few minutes.
  • It’s not too pricey (Considering, I spent so much money on treatments that literally didn’t do anything and this solved my problem for good)
  • It’s reliable. It worked for me and it worked for thousands of other users.
  • It was developed by a famous expert.

So did I cure my Plantar Fasciitis in only 72 hours?

The Fast Plantar Fasciitis Cure system might not have cured my plantar fasciitis in less than 72 hours, but it relieved the pain dramatically from day 1.

And, best of all, very soon I really could ELIMINATE the pain.

It is not a “magic” program, but the results are truly amazing. All of the techniques are scientific and proven to work and the book will help you to understand the problem and get rid of it fast.

For me, after having suffered and tried so many different solutions, this really helped to get some quality life back. I highly recommend you give it a try, because it’s simple yet effective.

My TOP 3 Running Shoes for Plantar Fasciitis (Women & Men)

1. ASICS Gel-Kayano 19 Running Shoe (available in different colors)

These shoes are my holy grail of running shoes for plantar fasciitis! After having tried on uncountable pairs in my local shoe store without finding a good pair, I finally found these online. I usually don’t like to order shoes online without being able to try them on. But after having read all the amazing reviews on Amazon (over 600 people bought these shoes!), I thought I give it a go. And boy I am glad I did! These shoes feel like heaven on my feet. I would have never thought that a high quality pair of shoes can make such a big difference. After my first run with these shoes I knew that I would not want to have any other pair of running shoes on my feet but the Kayano 19!

2. ASICS GT-1000 Running Shoe (available in different colors)

I always loved Asics shoes. Although they won’t replace my loved Asic Kayanos the GT-1000 is definitely a great pair to have! The pair fits as expected (although some people with wider feet might need half a size larger). The shoe is lightweight, which was a surprise considering all the cushioning and support which is definitely a plus. The only problem I had with these shoes was that they needed some time to break in, but considering the relatively cheap price I should not even complain about that.

3. Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12 Running Shoes

I have personally not tried these shoes on myself. The reason I still listed them here is because I have a friend who SWEARS by these. She basically has no arch and says that these shoes finally gave her the support she needed. They fit perfectly and she does not even have to wear insoles with these.
